Health care is a vital part of people’s lives.Along with the building of socialsecurity system and the developing of social security system,two-way referral systemcame into being in China. How to faster and more efficiently resolve the referralproblem between hospitals and community and makes sharing patient informationbetween community health services and hospitals,is by far the most significantissue,attracted the attention of domestic scholars.Based on seeing related literature andresearching the implementation of two-way referral,using the connectivity features ofhospital and community institutions and social security network,build a two-wayreferral information system.According to two-way referral and information technology situation,fix the goalof the system and analyze the necessity and feasibility on the basis of the survey on thecurrent system.Analyzing the system requirements,Using Unified Modeling LanguageUML Conducte use case modeling,draw the system timing diagram.Throughresearch,analysis two-way referral business processes and draw business processdiagrams to describe the system.On the basis of systematic analysis,complete the overalldesign of a two-way referral information system.Determine the design principles andarchitecture of the system and the function and role of two-way referral of each module.The system implements the following modules:referral management module,rotarymanagement module,query statistics module,rules management module,blacklistManagement Module,and single sign-on module.The system implements a patientreferral or reversed between hospitals and community hospitals.Based on a SOAinformation exchange and sharing,the system achieves patient information sharingbetween hospitals and community hospitals Via the data bus,sharing of information istransmitted on the server,so that hospitals are able to obtain the corresponding caseinformation from the server.Faster allow patients to get treatment.This paper describesthe design principles and processed about single sign-on of two-way referralinformation systems based on server-centric. Using the performance once signin,everywhere access,once logout,log out of all,greatly improve the efficiency of thissystem.After using this system on-line,to a large extent reduce the work pressure aboutsuperiors hospitals,so that patients get a reasonable diversion and highlights the value ofcommunity hospitals,and to some extent,reduce overhead costs.
