With the development of science technology, the level of our lives are improving continuously, just the same as our requirements for medical services. However, the imbalance in the development of medical care, resulting from our country’s current situation and history, urges people to rush to medical institutions in developed areas, which causes a series of problems.Based on the theory and model of product service system, we want to research and develop intelligent outpatient service system in the angle of science technology and the demand of users. We locate the ultimate goal of intelligent outpatient service system by analyzing the current situation which intelligent medical is face and the behavior and psychological characters of outpatients. The theory of product service system provides us the framework for design. Based on the framework, we introduce concept of experience design, which takes the outpatients as the center and then optimizes the outpatient service experience to the entire medical service system. Experience design designs intelligent medical service system from instinct, behavior and emotion. In this paper, we combine with the domestic and foreign intelligent service system and take ‘Ningbo cloud hospital’ as an example to find the value element created by experience design, which can grab the requirement of patients effectively and make patients participate in the whole process of design by driving the role of doctors and patients and medical situation. This realizes the user centered core concept of design.Through the above case and design concept, we can find the research methods including preliminary research based on qualitative analysis on users and quantitative analysis on data and latter research mainly based on situation experience analysis and research tools combined with product service system to reform Changzhou Second People’s Hospital. We redesign the case by using the above methods and tools. In particular, we transform single offline treatment mode into double online and offline mode, which can move partial treatment online to reduce offline stress effectively. Secondly, with the internet and networking, medical online application platform effectively solves the problem of the utilization rate of medical resources and the low efficiency of medical treatment. Finally, with mobile medical apps, intelligent terminal and intelligent guidance signs combined with artificial service system, our system realize online registration, an appointment ahead of time, online payment, online preliminary examination, electronic medical record, electronic report, online interaction between doctors and patients, popularization of medical knowledge, indoor navigation, time optimization, message notification, waiting reminder and so on. At the same time, it also standardizes relevant products in the intelligent medical service system from color, material, font, interactive design and form function. Through the research of this topic, we can ensure that the system can be operated completely and solve the current medical situation effectively, and at the same time, it can also ensure the humanized design of medical products. Finally, we will implement the patient centered design philosophy.
