Design And Implementation For A Medical Service System Base On Cloud Service Platform

Medical service is an important part of public services. Medical information focuson the optimization of medical resource’s distribution. Medical service system basedon cloud computing platform need to achieve service computing autonomy, requiredas utilities platform, which is configurable and evolvable.By using service computing theory and method, This study using SOAArchitecture to analysis design a wisdom medical service system which based oncloud-computing platform. Its character are configurable and evolvable. This systemis combine with wisdom medical client, medical resources center, medical resourcepublishing platform. Through this platform, we can build an healthcare resourceecosystem to achieve an better medical resource distribution result.This research focus on wisdom medical computing model. By analyzing medicalinformation system’s research status, I got the unsolved key problem. Combining withSOA architecture, based on demand analysis for medical services, I model for medicalservice, proposes a medical information service theory and its implementationarchitecture. This article focus on the service management layer, medical serviceslayer analysis and design, including:1) In service management layer, It is responsiblefor services and servers running and organization. I focus on service documentmanagement, and dynamic service extension mechanism and other core technologies.I propose a new software framework called Dynamic Service Extension Framework(DSEF) which is based on public cloud computing platform2) In medical serviceslayer, based on needs analysis concluded, I design various types medical basicservices: online booking service, parallel diagnose services, medical informationservices, Electronic Health Record services, remote assist services, including thedesign, implementation, and service data description.3) Based on the practical needsof medical services, I propose Medical Services Description Language (MedDL),allowing the user to quickly define and change in health care operations and datacontent.By design and implementation the architecture, I get a scalable, evolvablewisdom medical platform, which makes the medical resources distributed effectively.
