Design And Implementation Of Online Banking Service System Based On The WEB System

With the rapid development of computer technology,competition among banks is becoming increasingly fierce.The modern banking industry needs to constantly tap the deep needs of customers to improve their profits.Customer service is the key link in this process.Customer service system can achieve cross-regional communication between customers,so that customers' needs can be fully met,and further enhance the banking industry's own level and business competitiveness.In order to meet the needs of customers,it is urgent to establish a bank online customer service system.Through preliminary research and analysis,this thesis first introduces the design of the project using B/S structure,Except to the WEB browser,customers don't need to install any other procedures.Secondly,it introduces the main technologies needed by the project(Struts+Spring+jdbc framework,Javascript,Jquery technology);Finally,the system is based on XMPP protocol platform(i.e.Extended Communication and Representation Protocol,which is a subset of XML protocol based on standard generic markup language),implemented by Openfire Message Server.The overall structure of this thesis is the requirement analysis,detailed design,function realization and testing of the bank's online customer service system.This thesis focuses on the function realization of the system,and divides the system into three parts:client,base terminals and management terminal.The design and implementation of online consultation,online consultation queuing,seat login,seat intelligent allocation,user management,system communication and other functions are introduced in detail.This thesis not only introduces these three core functions,but also puts forward that other expansion functions will be gradually improved and enriched in the later period.
