Design And Implementation Of Bank VIP Customer Management Information System

With the development of the society,individual funds activity is carried out more and more frequent.Banks take the profits in individual financial business more and more seriously.So the banks take more efforts in how to getting the potential customers,how to attract the potential customers,how to provide more qualified service for the potential customers.The main content of this paper is to communicate with the VIP customer management system,the development of a VIP customer management information system used to meet the banking industry in the personal financial business needs.This paper first analyzes the related technologies and related theories involved in this system,and uses the J2 EE platform four-level framework structure,as well as SQL server 2008 database and other related technologies or development tools,which can be said that the application of information technology in the banking industry.It has the integration with the bank VIP customer management information system,as well as solves the needs of many aspects of bank customer management.Secondly,according to the demand of VIP customer management,the VIP customer management information system is analyzed by the related technology.And the design of the VIP customer management information system is designed according to the needs of the banking VIP customer management.In view of the existing problems and shortcomings in the information management of the VIP customers,the author designs the VIP customer management information system for banks from the overall design and the detailed design.Information management system has carried on the omni-directional design.It has designed the customer information management function module,the customer service management function module,the wealth management hotline management function module,the SMS management function module.finally according to the above analysis to the bank VIP customer management information system implementation,and do some simple system testing.This paper describes the VIP customer management information system and satisfies the bank's demand for personal financial business,enables the information management of individual users,selects the potential customers from it,and reduces the cost of banks in selecting individual users of the energy,improves customer management and customer information processing efficiency.Therefore,the development of the project has important significance in bank industry.
