With the rapid development of economic globalization,China has been opening up the establishment of commercial Banks and the marketization of interest rates,and the competition in the domestic banking industry has gradually become white-hot.In the current competitive environment,how to improve the service quality of the banking industry,through network informatization and computer technology,to sort out and analyze the existing customer resources and tap the customer potential has become an important part of the business management and marketing of commercial Banks.However,the existing customer relationship system of Banks is backward in technology and incomplete in function,including asymmetric customer information,inconsistent data sources,decentralized system,inefficient customer management,and no unified customer view.In order to solve the problems existing in the existing system,this paper,by using information technology and software engineering,build a high efficient and well-functioning banking customer relationship management system of banking institutions integrating customers resources,and establish a unified view of customer,the customer to make use of the reasonable configuration and management comprehensive analysis,build the data model,for the bank's policy makers to provide efficient,accurate decision-making basis for the bank to provide comprehensive,three-dimensional,visualizations of banking customer relationship management(CRM)system.Based on the design idea of one-line customer relationship management system and software engineering,this paper analyzes the needs of bank products,customers and institutions,and proposes and designs a customer relationship management system for Banks,which includes customer management,marketing management,service management,performance management,statistical analysis and system management modules.The system USES JAVAEE application framework to realize,and the background database USES ORACLE database.In this paper,the overall framework and system function framework of the system are described in detail,and the functions of each sub-module of the system are introduced in detail.The design of the above system can help the bank to obtain a good and scientific parametric support for decision-making and marketing when maintaining customer relations and digging out the marketing potential of customers,specifically as follows:1.Through the integration and analysis of customer historical data,effectively assisted the account manager to design appropriate marketing strategies for customers under his/her name.2.Analyze the big data of customers to effectively control the credit risk of enterprises,and then assist Banks to make credit decision through designing a reasonable calculation model.3.Establish unified customer view,manage customer information and data visually.
