At the present,with the fierce competition in the financial industry market,major financial institutions,including Taian Bank,have expanded their market by launching retail business to strive to gain more market share.Building a good relationship with the customer of retail business can obtain more real customer needs and master the quality of customers.In the process of managing customer relations in Tai'an Bank today,there is a clear phenomenon of information isolated island,and the sharing and patency of various data information are significantly insufficient.Therefore,Taian Bank decides to use information technology to develop a customer relation management system of retail business.The development of the Taian Bank customer relation management system of the retail business adopted several technologies,such as Spring MVC framework,which effectively integrated the foreground module and took aspect-oriented programming as the main task.MyBatis framework used the transaction mechanism and took data persistence as the main task,which can be used for various data interfaces and completed the abstraction of data entities.Oracle database can provide a more secure and stable environment for data operation,and it was applied to the data processing of this system.The system implemented functions of customer view,service marketing,and product library management.The management work of the task platform included work plan,internal affairs,sweeping customers,repayment plan,and so on.Customer view can view factors of customer,such as degree of activity,major events,historical information.Service marketing can manage information of tasks,personal customer service,maintenance plan,marketing activities.Based on customer segmentation,customer management can manage customer groups and potential customers,and can combine,share,apply for customers.For the management of knowledge,products and other elements,users can check deposits,loans and other products and various types of bank information,and finally do statistical analysis of the necessary business statements.The application of the system can provide a unified processing mechanism of the customer relation data of the retail business for Taian Bank.On the basis of optimizing the marketing system and innovating the marketing concept,the bank can provide more targeted services to customers and effectively guarantee customer resources.Through data analysis,the potential value of customer relation data can be tapped,providing a convenient means for banks to grasp customer behavior and improve business execution efficiency.
