The Design And Implementation Of A Client Software For Bank Application Based On LBS

With the rapid development of mobile internet technology and the widely spread of mobile intelligent terminal,variety of online shopping modes and diversified online payment function have been developed fast and steadily.Therefore,almost all domestic commercial banks have followed that tendency to launch their special E-bank business which is based on the mobile intelligent terminal,with the purpose of getting a head start in the current growing intertype competition.At the same time,Location Based Service(LBS)is used globally in E-banks.Promoting the quality of electronic business service and marketing capability constantly have already become the work centrality of bank management department.What is more,how to carry out personalized customization service for personal E-bank business effectively is a significant research direction in bank business management.However,at present all kinds of LBS applications in E-banks are still in its infancy,and they have not been paid due attention and development.In the future,various types of financial service institutions that are based on mobile networks will provide client with personalized and comprehensive financial service,for the sake of improving customers' satisfaction.In the paper,we combined the counter business of CITIC Bank with the powerful spatial analysis ability of GIS via a large scale of data investigation and demand analysis.We established an E-bank app based on location service in the Android smartphone platform,using Amap Andriod SDK.According to the business of CITIC Bank,an E-bank app,integrating the functions of navigation and positioning,query and question,as well as customer service and communication,has been developed.We have completed the following work in this thesis:(1)We have collected the data of the study area(Changsha area),including the information of CITIC merchants bank branches,contract merchants,interest rate and preferential activities.(2)The user database and the business database of CITIC bank have been built,and the data interflow among different database has also been realized by means of relational database.(3)We established a CITIC E-bank in the android platform,which equipped the function of real-time access to the user's location through invoking AMap AndroidSDK.It can provide the location information of CITIC merchants' bank branches,contract merchants timely and will plan a shortest path real-time.(4)The functions of query and question,as well as customer service and communication have been realized in that e-bank app,using computer network technology.In this paper,the CITIC E-bank app based on LBS is well designed and implemented,in which the user information is managed more flexibly.The app has not only broken through the limit of region and time in traditional banking business,but also provided clients with wore convenient financial services.With the system,users can have access to various and personalized services,getting better user experience.Therefore,it can help to achieve a higher benefit for banks.
