Research On The Management Of Big Data User Profile Project In Agile Mode

As big data has become one of the most heated terms in the current society,its value has been recognized worldwide.Big data is employed in analyzing users,improving operation efficiency and lowering operation costs in Internet enterprises.Eastmoney is the biggest Internet enterprise in the field of financial information in China.Its core value lies in the over one hundred million users on the platform;a slight increase in the users' conversion rate can bring enormous earnings.Therefore how to apply the big data in comprehending the mass users and further to accordingly provide users with products that suits them better have become a critical project for enterprises to achieve the performance growth.To achieve this objective,the big data project of user profile finds out users' preferences from the mass users' behavior logs,conducts user classification and provides customized services.Based on the preliminary researches on the current status of enterprise resources,it is discovered that conventional ways of software project management fail to solve the present issues like vague requirements,high expectation on time and users' insufficient knowledge about big data.Therefore the system of agile project management can be presented to bring its flexibility into full play,thus to enhance the success rate of the projects.Major accomplishments are listed as follows:1.Concerning the agile project management,on the basis of organizing its methods and concepts,general approaches and steps as well as some critical points that need extra attention in the implementation,this paper has provided sufficient theoretical support for the agile project management to be brought into the big data project of user profile.2.This paper has presented the necessity to employ agile project management through analyzing and illustrating the difficulties and high-risk factors in the implementation of the big data project of user profile of Eastmoney.3.This paper has presented the advantages and feasibility of agile project management in the big data project on the basis of the data results achieved through using agile methods like burn-down charts and optimization with gradient descent to manage the project.Meanwhile this paper has illustrated detailed steps to use methods of agile project management to manage big data projects.4.This paper has presented quite detailed implementation instructions for various steps in the progress management,quality control,risk management and cost management of the project,considering the practical application status of the project in this paper through conducting contrastive analysis on the application of agile project management in big data projects and in traditional IT projects.The results show that agile project management can effectively decrease the failure risks caused by vague requirement in big data projects,reduce the waste in human resources caused by invalid communication,lower the possibility of failed project,and improve the implementation efficiency combined with the optimization algorithm.
