It accurately meets customer needs, and adapt quickly to changes in the market as the core objectives. It uses agile project management process to guide actions. Based on maturing agile new technology, it allows software developer to deliever high quality and efficient product under an independent, equal and pleasant environment.From IT projects, in particular the characteristics of the data warehouse project point of view, it often requires a higher quality and speed of deliverables, and project the project will be in demand as business requirements change. Traditional PMI PMBOK Guide has been unable to provide adequate guidance for action, particularly since no iteration and timely feedback, leading to it can not cope with the changing needs of customers, while Scrum is a method to address changes and demand in quickly and efficiently way, and allows customers to see the deliverables in the short iteration which reduces project risk.Prior this paper study, we found that agile project management method is just a sort of methodology and framework with not many implementation practices. Scholars around the world didn't have many studies on how to successfully leverage agile and its implemention is relatively in small scale. Therefore, the study of this paper is focusing on the agile project management methods (Scrum) application, and analysis to identify the most suitable approach for large-scale enterprise software projects. The writer has used the actual case study of how to impletement agile project management, parallel development of incremental iterations, random sampling with replacement method to estimiate Sprint velocity and finally summerize the success of the Scrum project into four core values. The goal is to bring the software development and maintenance of project management to a new level which can adapt to more business needs quickly.
