| The development of Xiong'an New District has gathered the attention of the society.As one of the government affairs and press release media of Xiong'an New District,China Xiong'an official website presents the appearance of Xiong'an New District to the society by selecting news reports with news value and propaganda value.Starting from the criteria of news selection,we will examine the presentation of the news report of China Xiong'an official website.It is the focus of this study to clarify the presentation and influence factors of China Xiong'an official website.Comparing the differences between China Xiong'an official website news practice and news selection theory is the key to this study.The third chapter of the thesis analyzes the case of China Xiong'an official website.357 original news reports on the planning stage of Xiong'an New District were selected.The author classified and categorized the sample content.The author preliminarily sums up the news presentation of the importance,enthusiasm,pertinence,interest and cognition of China Xiong'an official website.The fourth chapter of the thesis specifically analyzes the influence of the interior and exterior of the editorial website of China Xiong'an official website on news selection.Through the news ethnographic survey,the author found that the news selection of the editorial office was influenced by the participation of the new district government.The regulations,work systems,and working principles of the editorial interior are also factors that influence the choice of news.Moreover,the competition reports of similar mainstream media in Xiong'an domain also require the editorial department to play a subjective initiative when choosing news.The breakthrough of the initiative is the comprehensive quality of the reporter.The social communication system of Xiong'an New District is an external environment that affects editorial news selection.The fifth chapter of the thesis is an extended discussion of the conclusions and observations.Returning to the theory of news selection,it was found that the news selected by the official website of China Xiong'an focused on the value of propaganda,and there were many policy reports.The propaganda value has rich connotations in the report of Xiong'an New District.In addition,the reason for the news presentation is that the internal and external factors affecting the editorial department act on the news production process.The news selection of China Xiong'an official website shows the regional characteristics of developmental news and positive news.Return to the news coverage field under the special conditions of Xiong'an New District.From the perspective of development communication,participatory communication can be a channel to increase the participation of audiences in regional construction.Improving the quality of information has become a necessity for social development,and the improvement of information quality is precisely the requirement for news selection.The current news selection of Xiong'an New District is centered on the report of“A millennium of planning,Important things of the country”.It focuses on regional development and work progress.As Xiong'an New District entered a new stage of development and construction,it put forward requirements for the quality of news selection,which also responded to and enriched the theory of news selection. |
