The state image is the reflection of country' s impersonality state in public opinion, i.e. is the comprehensive reflection of state' s impression opinion attitude and evaluation in social public, is summation of sensibility and purpose of public to the state. The country image is not impersonal reappearance of state' s status absolutely. The basic purpose of media to shape country image is philosophy axes of one state' s media to shape visualization itself andothers-possessing ideological world view and value. How is media toshape country image and to shape what country image which is not only getting restriction by media' s power itself, but also getting control further by interest relationship and ideology. The value if media itself (low level) sometimes is identical with environment system of media (high level), also sometimes not. The emphasis of this article only considers the former status, i. e. a common value in a state to accord with life fact and to keep social system.CANKAO XIAOXI is exampled in this article. By content analysis of CANKAO XIAOXI' s one year samples (October 2004-September 2005), I try to clear up China national visualization presented by this media and value concealed by time of the media to shape national visualization.
