Traditional libraries provide access to collections through the use of the Online Public Access Directory(OPAC).OPAC is an essential part of the Integrated Library System(ILS)because it facilitates access by ordinary users to information stored in the Machine Readable Format(MARC)format.Along with the continuous development of the Internet, the library has accumulated a large amount of precious information resources. The traditional information organization and service methods have gradually isolated the library from the Internet. The value of these authoritative resources is rapidly submerged in massive network resources. This has become an urgent problem for libraries. This paper compares and analyzes the four mature related data models of foreign countries through the core framework, functional analysis and mapping analysis through literature survey method and comparative research method.Combining the characteristics of Chinese papers, the paper analyzes the possibility of constructing Chinese related bibliographic data model and analyzes the model construction elements. Then, the Chinese related bibliographic data model is constructed by ontology design, mapping design and data release design. Finally, the model is empirically researched. The combination of manual mapping and tool mapping is used to convert the data of CNMARC format to RDF data, and the RDF document is constructed. The relationship between the two.The relevance of library bibliographic data is to use traditional literature resources to make use of new Internet technologies to improve the utilization of bibliographic resources and improve the quality of library services.
