The Study Of Publishing The Linked Bibliographic Data Of Domestic Library

With the development of computer network technology, putting forward of the concept of semantic web have a big impact on the present Internet.linked data as the key techonlogy to realize the semantic web has been further researched and developed.Library as the biggest instidution for keeping knowledge also need this technology to transform traditional bibliographic data to linked bibliographic data to change it to new model in the information age.The linking of bibliographic data is to publish bibliographic data into linked data, which can break the limitation that resources in library can just apply in library. Based on the combination of library resources and related resources in internet, a more great knowledge net can be formed.This dissertation analyzes the British Library bibliographic data as the research object to explore the related resources’ concept and vocabulary reusing, data model and mapping from MARC21 to RDF. Based on bibliographic data in China, analyse the structure of the data, also, according to the four basic principles of publishing the linked data, the author study the theme from the following 5 aspects:published entity, virtual establishment of URI, the selection of vocabulary, the foundation of data model, the mapping from CNMACR to RDF. The objective is to promote the linking of Chinese libraries’ bibliographic data, also globalize and share the data, increase the data utility.
