With the knowledge-based economy gradually becoming the dominant human society,enterprises need to make efficient use of staff and facilities resources to occupy more market share.Therefore,Human Resource Management(HRM)is even more important.It mainly focuses on the organization Internal staff management focuses more on policies and systems and is responsible for business recruitment,staff training,performance appraisal and welfare systems.In addition,it also focuses on organizational change and industrial relations to ensure the normal development of enterprises.However,due to the expansion of enterprises and the scarcity of talents,the demand of enterprises for human resources management is increasing day by day.In order to change the complicated and irregular manpower management processes,the imperfect system and the heavy workload of manpower,this paper designs the human resource management system for the four basic functions of human resource management(staffing,training development,motivation and maintenance)And achieve,by regulating the recruitment process,intelligent management of staff,timely monitoring of data,in order to meet the enterprise's global demand for human resources management system with global,timeliness,scalability,security,enterprise human resources more efficient management,Highlighting the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper aims at the human resources management needs of a state-owned bank,optimizing the staffing,training development,motivation and maintenance of intelligence,designs from five modules which are the recruitment management,personnel management,data reporting,rights management and personal managemen.The paper applies Web development technology to system development and combines the characteristics of the bank's human resources department's work business to fully consider the performance requirements of the system,including integrity,high efficiency,practicality,ease of use,ease of maintenance and easy deployment,and we choose to use the centralized management mode of Struts,Spring,Hiberna collection framework and browser/server(B/S)architecture,Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA),J2 EE application framework and XML mapping,and completed the realization of the entire system through the strategic management,business management and database layer composed of three-tier structure design.Finally,the testing can verify that the system can support up to 10 hours a day continuous operation and business acceptance,the system supports a maximum of 500 concurrent users and a single operation response less than expected 5s,and we successfully designed and implemented a human resources management system with centralized data collection,efficient management,smart specifications and in line with the bank's long-term strategic development goals.
