Manufacturing execution system of the information management system of workshop level,has the characteristics of accurate and precise planning and scheduling,the specific point to send tracking,real-time monitoring,the workshop production information transmission precision,standard operation process.Its distinctive characteristics of executive system,in the process of operation has greatly promoted the agile production process,is a basic technique,real time update of dynamic information he formed has a strong reference value,can provide effective information tracking,production orders for specific operators and production management,at the same time line personnel,production equipment and dynamic modification of customer demand can provide reference.Because Agile Manufacturing is the development orientation for the future manufacturing system,the ability requirements of the runtime execution and control for manufacturing process was increased,and follow this,MES appears.On the basis of the analysis for the MES research dynamic,the meaning and model of MES was introduced,the relationship between plan level and control level was analyzed.Because Agile Manufacturing is the development orientation for the future manufacturing system,the ability requirements of the runtime execution and control for manufacturing process was increased,and follow this,MES appears.On the basis of the analysis for the MES research dynamic,the meaning and model of MES was introduced,the relationship between plan level and control level was analyzed.For the software architecture of MES,the software reuse technique and component technique was introduced and analyzed,the application of these techniques in the process of analysis and design was introduced,and presents a three-level C/S(Client/Server)framework model of the MES software which based on components.On the basis of contents addressed before,the prototype system based on data acquisition technology was developed.Some important modules,for example,basic data management,production operational schedule,Task Schedule and control were introduced.Finally,conclusions of all research efforts in the dissertation are drawn and further research directions prospected.
