Manufacturing Execution System - MES is not only the important informatization way to control manufacturing plant process, but also one of the mainly means to achieve communication between enterprise decision-making and workshops. Shop Floor Rapid Responsive Manufacturing - SFRRM belongs to the MES, and it is an important part of shop floor information in response to decision-making when the enterprise informatization implemented. This thesis took a military enterprise manufacturing plant as the background. It focused on researching the production planning and scheduling model of SFRRM system, and developed a set of production planning and scheduling subsystem.Firstly, this thesis analyzed workshop's productive characteristics and existing problems of the manufacturing process, and proposed overall demand and general design of the Shop Floor Rapid Responsive Manufacturing System - SFRRMS, and then, detailed analyzed workshop production planning and scheduling subsystem and divided by function module based on the overall design.Secondly, this thesis analyzed several current patterns of advanced planning models and productive scheduling methods, combined production characteristics and designed a layered plan placement and workshop scheduling model. First using MRP inverted thoughts to divide monthly plan into daily plan. And then, TOC theory can be used to find the equipment bottlenecks in daily plan. Lastly, the way "push at the former and pull after" can be relied on to divide daily plan into bottleneck task at the former, the bottleneck task and the bottleneck task after. These tasks will take turns to process.Thirdly, this thesis selected the component technology to develop the shop floor planning and scheduling subsystem, introduced component development process in detail and selected the test data to demonstrate after the subsystem had been composed by selecting the related components. Finally, the last paragraph summarized the whole paper, pointed out the inadequacies and expected the future research.
