It is important for our country to carry forward enterprise management information system. Job shop production affects enterprise’s earning directly. It’s especially important to organize and control the issues of production and manufacture resources correctly for enterprise to obtain the information in time and to make decision in right way to make production go ahead in healthy way.In this paper, a job shop scheduling and controlling system is developed according to the analysis of problems in enterprise production and the actual condition of HAC. A new model of job shop scheduling and controlling is expounded in this paper. The traditional SFC is improved by the new model. The new model makes the feedback information more valuable. Some active datas are made to improve the production control and management. Scheduling algorithm is studied in this paper also. A new scheduling algorithm which is speedier and more effective is used in the system. This paper emphasizes on the analysis and design of the system. And the system is developed in the structure of B/S at last.The system is proved to be useful according to the testing and use in actual production. It can make job shop scheduling more scientific and make the information delivery between departments easier. It can resolve the shortness which exist in the past production in HAC such as scheduling at random, slow information feedback, scarce communication between departments and serious wasting in production. The system has active effect not only on earning of enterprise production but also on our society.
