Research On Enterprise Resource Planning Oriented To Manufacturing Enterprise Solution

In the traditional manufacturing management, many departments have their own manufacturing management system, which makes the partial information share be true. However, when a department is going to exchange information with others, this system will not work successfully, which will low the cooperation efficiency even disjoint the manufacturing management. In order to let every department use resources fully on the basement of information share and heighten the efficiency, this paper study the enterprise resources planning system(ERP)orienting to the manufacturing enterprise information integrated systems.The work this paper finished include:(1) This paper puts forward the constitution former and the constitution project, and analyzes the function of the project design system, ERP, manufacturing execution system, bottom plant control system and information integrating supporting system.(2) On the basement of analyzing the function of constituted modules of manufacturing enterprise information integrated systems, the function former of ERP orienting to the manufacturing enterprise information integrated systems. Using the way of IDEF0, the ERP is modeled.(3) Analyzing the modeling process of each sub-activity, the structure of ERP orienting to the manufacturing enterprise information integrated systems is put forward. Using these as the basement, the ERP is designed and each sub-system of ERP is concept structure designed and logic structure designed. And the E-R chart and data table are educed.(4) On the basement of the work and the work I have done during the graduate student, this paper puts forward the practical example exploitation of storage management system, manufacturing planning management system and basic data management system. It puts forward the use effect.
