Theory Research And Systems Analysis Of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

With the rapid economic development and the increasing growth of enterprises, one pressing problem facing the enterprises in China is how to promptly obtain and deal with the information of different departments within the enterprise and to grasp the market movements to provide accurate and timely basis for the management layer to make decisions.Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) is the enterprise management information integration system facing Supply Chain Management based on Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRPIf). This system realizes the organic unification of material flow, capital flow and affairs flow. With the support of computer technology and network communication technology, the ERP system realizes not only the interior information exchange within the enterprise, but also the prompt obtaining and settlement of exterior information, which provides the basis for the enterprise to make correct and timely decisions.This thesis introduces the origin, development process and present situation of ERP system in detail, thoroughly discusses the fundamental principles of ERP, briefly introduces the GMP criterion in pharmaceutical industry in China, gives a ERP system framework combined with the GMP criterion aiming at the pharmaceutical industry, illustrates the affairs flow and modules classification of some important modules, and gives out some codes to realize it.
