Design And Implementation Of Basic Unit Party Building Information System

There are many complicated and repetitive matters in the traditional party building work at the grass-roots level.At the same time,the information of the party members at the grass-roots level is huge.Therefore,the original manual processing or the use of simple office software processing will appear to be difficult.The information system of party building at the grass-roots level makes the collection and use of information more efficient.The Internet,on the other hand,reduces the cost of communication and access,making it easier to obtain information.This article provides a new way of thinking for the management of Party building information and the work of Party Building.The customized system accords with the reality of grass roots work.The staff can use it to make the most comprehensive record,modification and deletion of Party members' information and Party building work information.The electronic information storage and management methods improve the accuracy of the data and facilitate the analysis of information retrieval.Public opinion analysis module not only enriches the function and contents of the system,but also makes the party members more beneficial to understand public opinion,trends and sensitive topic.To a certain extent,it helps the party members to get the information of the inner-party,accumulate knowledge,which is beneficial to the improvement of the self-quality of the party members at the grass-roots level.In this paper,the UML applies to design and analyz the system,such as use case and time sequence diagram.The system uses MySql as the data persistence layer and the Spring MVC framework as the hierarchical implementation.The data persistence of the public opinion analysis module implements by means of Mongo DB.The public opinion analysis module completes through the public opinion theme planning,collection,analysis,information preprocessing and analysis.In addition,it provides a unified interface to complete the front-end interaction.Finally,it implements by coding,and tests for function and performance.
