Study On Introducing Social Forces To Grassroots Libraries

Recent years,as the spiritual and cultural needs of the broad masses of the people have been increasingly diversified and enriched,public libraries have been constantly innovating management and operation modes,making full use of various forces to improve the quality and efficiency of service supply.The power of socialization is widely used by libraries in various forms because of its efficiency,convenience and flexibility.With corresponding to the socialization of library's extensive use of force,(specialization enterprises)the domestic library academic circles began to study this phenomenon,but the related research mainly concentrated in the university library,especially in public library socialization of grassroots public libraries introducing the research strength is less,more a lack of empirical research of township libraries introducing social forces.This paper study the introduction of socialization force in grassroots libraries mainly using literature survey method,field survey method and comparative analysis method,and questionnaire survey.First of all,this paper introduces the historical background of library's introduction of socialization force,summarizes the research situation of library's introduction of socialization force,and puts forward four problems in China,such as insufficient research intensity,uneven distribution of research force,lack of research system system,and lack of practical case test.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the library's introduction of the socialization force,analyzes the main modes of the library's introduction of the socialization force,and the specific practice at home and abroad.On this basis,taking the library in Humen Town of Dongguan City as an example,this paper introduces the basic situation and effectiveness of the socialization force introduced by Humen Library,and analyzes the existing deficiencies.Finally,introduce the problems existing in the socialization of power analysis library,that need to be clarified from the clear relationship between the parties,improving the legal system,establishing the financing mechanism,the path of innovation to participate in,the operation of modern technologyto the five aspects.
