The daily management for Party members is the problem of Tianjin Pipe Group must to face, Therefore, to create a information database for Party members management, recording all the members information, including flow Party member to this information database, it become particularly important on convenient for management, query and statistics.The paper uses the UML standard modeling language to describe the design and implementation process of information management system of the grass-roots party members in Tianjin Pipe Group. Based on the needs of research firstly in this paper to introduce the system, described the group organization structure. Using UML use case analysis method to analyze the system function demands; introduced the system design principle, system architecture and functional structure, use static model and dynamic timing diagram to describe parts of the system function. Using E_R diagram to describe the system data model, and introduces part of database table structure design of the system, displayed a part of system function and the realization code, and described the system function realization process through the activity diagram, introduced the system test principle and requirement, at the end of this paper to summarize the work.The system uses the B/S architecture, to realization with SSH framework design, using SQL Server2005as the database server, realizing the functions of basic settings, system management, report management and query. The management system realized user management, the user password change, database backup and exit system; basic settings to achieved the basic options settings for Party member information including the nation, education, party category. Organization management realized the management for organization, member information, membership dues payment, inflow and outflow of party, as well as party member system management, branch and branch work style management; query report realized the query function on organization, party member information, status of membership dues payment, inflow and outflow of party, provides an electronic platform for management the grass-roots party members of the group.The information management system of the grass-roots party members in Tianjin Pipe Group is an indispensable part of party organization work. The implementation of information management system of the grass-roots party members can effectively reduce the staff workload in party member management, improve the work efficiency.
