Design And Implementation Of An Integrated Service Work Platform For Grass-roots Public Security

"Receiving and dealing with alarming,hamdling a case,information gathering"and other service work can't be lack of the support of information platform.However,due to lack of overall planning,at present there are many information systems that involve public security service work,and they are independent,the messages can not be enjoyed together,resulting in switching to multiple systems to basic level policemen in service work,operatting complexly,inefficiently;there are all kinds of arrangements of service work shifts,no uniform,lead that the command level can not fully grasp the distributed situation of police,you can not do command accurately;grassroots service work performance is difficult to assess,can not do the whole time and space depending on the specific completion of the all service work.For these reasons,the police of basic level hope to build a unified full-coverage,the whole process,the whole space-time grassroots public security integrated service work platform(hereinafter called "service work platform" for short),which improve the service work efficiency of public security organs.Based on current research status at home and abroad,this paper designed and implemented an integrated service work platform for grass-roots public security.The concrete work as follows:First of all,this paper summarized development Status and trends of domestic and foreign police service work study,according to the reality of the grass-roots police service work,combining the advantages of the relevant technical theory,analysed the platform functional requirements,the overall performance requirements and data requirements,put forward overall architecture design of an integrated service work platform for grass-roots public security.Secondly,analysed in detail to-do tasks,job reminders,service work management,performance appraisal,management and other platform functional requirements and work processes,summed up chart of the main work process,planed and designed reasonable logical structure of platform's database,designed the data structure diagrams and data tables of new function module.Finally,applied SSH framework technology to build a platform framework,solved issues of unified authentication across multiple systems,menu-level integration applications,unified management of user rights through central authentication service,Web services and other technical solutions,designed to achieve fine service management's and performance evaluation's functions,and applied LoadRunner and other testing tools to test the function and performance of the platform,to processes of service work and information streams organically unify,to build a unified,convenient grassroots public security service working platform,possessed practical application value.
