The data storage of the system using SQL Server 2012. The system adopted a three-tier architecture by Visual Studio 2013. The scenes of the system was designed by Dream weaver CS6, Photo Shop CS6, JAVASCRIPT. This design made the system high cohesion and weak coupling; high efficiency and low risk, provided real and effective data. The user operation is convenient and fast, friendly.The works of Liaoning Electromechanical Institute students Party construction were improved because of the establishment of information management system of Party construction. The grass-roots works such as propaganda, training, assessment, development of Party construction can be done by the system. Programming, standardization, openness, and democratization of the college students Party construction have been realized.
