Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of Basic Party Organization In Taizhou Radio & TV University

Along with the development of the party at the grass-roots level and an increase in the number of party members, the information that party organizations at the grass-roots level need to manage is becoming more and more big, more and more complex. So, the informatization of grass-roots party organization in information management is becoming more and more pressing in the pace of construction. And the only one path of the construction of the information management system of grass-roots party organization is the designing of a complete party organization information management system.As we all know, the computer management has been become the main part of the daily life. So, the information management system of the party organization which has simple operation, less error-prone, good credibility is bound to reduce the energy consumption of manager. At the same time, it will largely improve the working efficiency of the manager. Therefore, the establishment of an information base about the party organization and put all the party members’information stored in the database can make management work more convenient, digitalization and systematization.First, this paper introduces the research background of the information management system of party organization, and discusses the research significance, research purpose of this system, thoroughly analyzes the key points of system design. And at the same time this paper elaborated the technology and theory related to software system development and design as well. Then the paper makes a demand analysis of the system in detail, including the role of demand analysis and the analysis of functional requirements. In later chapters on the system architecture and module is designed. And module design of function structure diagram is given, and the specific function of system was introduced in detail. At the end of the paper, the article summarized the content, expounded my main work, and the paper also point out the deficiency of the paper, and the further work is prospected.
