The Design And Implementation Of The Party At The Grass-roots Level Information Management System For Weifang High-tech Zone

It is hard to carry out the grass-roots party construction work in Weifang High-tech Zone.Because of the diversification and liquidity of the Party organizations from, it leads to some practical work problems such as difficulties in convening a meeting of Party organizations,not timely and accuratly enough to convey information of the Party documents and the spirit of the instructions.There are not enough ways for the grass-roots Party organizations members to reflect the situation and information to their superiors directly which hinders superior Party committee knowing the ideas, opinions and suggestions of grass-roots Party organizations, Party members and cadres as well as blocks contacting work between grass-roots Party organizations, Party members and higher-level party committee.In order to improve informatization construction of the Weifang High-tech Zone Party Building, making party members and cadres receive education regularly, improving the people’s quality.Strengthening grass-roots Party building information technology is imminent.Weifang High-tech Zone grassroots Party building information management system is accordance with situation of Weifang High-tech Zone, using Struts, B/S structure and Web2.0to provide information management of Party members,information management of the applicant for Party membership and information management of overseas returnee of Party,designing and using SQL SERVER2005as the database of the system.This paper analyzes the background and implement of the system,describing the main problem need to be solved,designing the system accordance with the requirement analysis of the software,developing the application deployment structure design and system functions framework based on system requirements analysis and requirements elicitation.Then system functions and databases are detailed designed as well as the realization of various functions of the system is described.The system is tested at the end.For the development of the grassroots Party building information management system,four parts of functions are realized:management of party organizations Party members management, query statistics, annual reports. Party organizations information management, party organizations ledger information management. Party organizational system transfer is included in the part of Party organizations management function.Party organizations management function consists the information management of Party members, the applicant, Party members abroad, returning Party members, out of Party members, inflow the Party members.Statistical functions complete the combination of queries, fixed query, random statistics and dynamic statistics.Annual report management mainly realizes the design of report covers,providing settings, print function of the covers.The deployment and operation of the system basically meet the needs of the Wei fang High-tech Zone grassroots party’s building, and it smoothly complete the whole process of the work of Party building. Efficient handling of the work of Party building,the system makes a large number of data processing work of party building become more simple, reducing the burden on the staff as well as improving the work efficiency.The whole system meets the requirement of Weifang High-tech Zone grassroots Party building information management which can operate steadily,safely and reliably.
