The development of the publishing industry is essential to the construction of Chinese culture.Among them,the university press as an important part of the industry has always been the focus of attention in both industrial and academic circles.At present,researches of university press mainly focus on the status analysis,policy formulation and evaluation,and lack the analysis from the perspective of organizational change and the application of cutting-edge management concepts.In this context,this paper uses a single case study method to deeply analyze the feasible schemes and paths of organizational reforms in university presses,and explore the feasibility and specific measures of Amoeba Management thought in the organizational change process of university presses.The Amoeba Management was proposed by the famous Japanese industrialist Inamori Kazuo as a quantitative empowerment management model.This paper takes H University Press as an example to analyze the feasibility and specific measures of Amoeba Management in its organizational change process.In terms of research methods,this paper adopts the single case study method to specifically integrate the amoeba management thought into the development status analysis of H University Press and the organization change plan.In terms of research design,this paper firstly collects data through field research,literature collection and informal interviews,systematically sorts out its development history and general situation,and forms basic analysis materials.Secondly,this paper applies SWOT Model to analysis the internal and external environment of H University Press.Finally,on the basis of the analysis results,this paper formulates the Amoeba Management ideology organization change plane and evaluates the feasibility of the plan.This paper found that the Amoeba Management has a positive effect on the organizational reform of H University Press,and provides insight to research and practice of university press.
