The founding time of the Chinese Social Science Press was in May 1980.It was a national institution with the core of publishing the monographs of Humanities and Social Sciences,guided by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and directly under the jurisdiction of the Chinese Academy of social sciences.In 2010,China Social Science Press was transformed into an enterprise according to the requirements of the state,and a series of reforms were gradually carried out,including the enterprise management model and the salary and treatment of the enterprise.In October 2014,a new enterprise reform plan was implemented.The purpose is to better promote the development of publishing houses and become more competitive in the national publishing industry.But since the implementation of the new reform program,employees have had various coping styles.Before the reform,there was no strict attendance system.In addition to the special reasons,employees were able to abide by the work time.After the reform,the strict attendance system was implemented,the face recognition machine attendance system was implemented,and the strict rewards and punishment measures were carried out,but the result was the phenomenon of late and early withdrawal of the staff and workers.A loophole in the attendance system.Before the reform,the work output was not strictly stipulated,and the employees were able to guarantee the quality and quantity of their work tasks.After the reform,the performance salary system was implemented,the work output was stipulated,and the employees produced negative emotions,and the phenomenon of working out the workload and not completing the work was on the rise.Based on the response of these employees,I think it is necessary to study the causes of these responses and how to solve these negative coping behaviors in the context of change,and how these responses will affect the change of the publishing house.This paper takes China Social Science Press as the research object to understand the present situation of employees' coping behavior under the background of change and analyze the influence of employees' coping behavior on the reform of the publishing house and its own development.Finally,the main reasons are to be found out in accordance with the current situation and the problems to be faced in the future.As a research goal,the proposal provides valuable experience for the public institutions in the future.The problems involved in the reform of cultural institutions are very complex.The analysis of employees' coping behavior after the reform of cultural institutions can not only truly improve and promote the current institutional reform theory system,but also be able to explore and operate as a practical example,and there are theoretical and practical values.This provides a theoretical reference for the reform of the future institutions,which greatly promotes the reform process of our institutions and strengthens the support for the development of the national economy.
