Among the three telecom operators,China Telecom entered the mobile market at the latest.Compared with China Mobile and China Unicom,the site resources are too tight,and it is difficult to cope with the requirements of high frequency and high speed of 4G networks.The introduction of 800 MHz can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of China Telecom's 4G high frequency band,and greatly reduce construction expenditure by enhancing the single station coverage capability.With the large-scale construction of LTE networks and the full launch of the LTE 800 MHz cultivating project in the past two years,the network scale has expanded rapidly and the construction tasks are extremely heavy,which has made the project management of mobile communication network construction face many difficulties.These problems involve all aspects of quality,cost,safety,risk and progress.However,on the basis of ensuring the cost and quality of the project,the effective use of resources and cost ranges is fully utilized to quickly promote the implementation of the re-tillage project and form a network capacity solution as soon as possible.The lack of urban network coverage is insufficient,and rural thin coverage is the primary problem facing Nanjing Telecom.This paper hereby studies the progress management of Nanjing Telecom LTE800 MHz recultivation project such as the 40 stations construction projects of Lishui Wufeitang,etc.,in order to ensure that the project can be completed ahead of time,and network capacity will be formed as soon as possible to seize the market.This paper firstly introduces the theory of project schedule management,project schedule planning technology and BIM technology.Secondly,based on the analysis of the large working scope and tight schedule of LTE800 MHz recultivation engineering,I use WBS technology to work on the LTE800 MHz recultivation engineering,the project is divided into four primary tasks include base station site selection,base station construction,external power system and project management,then they are subdivided into secondary and third-level tasks based on the primary tasks,and these secondary and third-level tasks are equipped with corresponding responsible personnel.The work breakdown and construction process are used to determine the order of the project tasks and the working relationship,and the project work duration is estimated by the analogy method and the three-point estimation method,the project 2007 is used to prepare the project milestone schedule and draw the Gantlet chart of project progress.The construction duration was determined by the combination of pessimistic time calculation method and BIM technology,and the total construction duration is 8 months.Finally,the general methods and corrective measures for the progress management of communication engineering projects are proposed.The overall management and control measures for the progress of the recultivation engineering project are proposed,such as optimizing the organization,improving the professional quality of personnel,strengthening risk management and control,and implementing various systems etc..Through the research in this paper,it can help LTE800 MHz recultivation engineering to complete the project on time and quality,help Nanjing Telecom Branch improve the management level of communication engineering projects,and also help to provide reference and experience for the progress management of other communication engineering projects of the company.
