With the development and application of information technology,it has become the research direction of various technology application fields to improve work efficiency and reduce operation cost through mobile communication network. Therefore, how to effectively build a mobile communication network, early completion, early commissioning and early effectiveness has become the biggest goal of communicator's work.In this paper, the construction project of mobile communication network of power station D in jinping dahewan area is taken as the research object, and the progress management of this project is analyzed in detail.By studying the organization structure and division of labor of the project, and combining the characteristics of remote mountainous areas and special geological conditions of the project, the content of the project activities is planned.Through project breakdown structure will be broken down into specific, independent of the project activity, and study the project activities of the time limit for a project and its inherent logic relationship, use the gantt chart, network diagram on the progress of the project schedule management methods, such as planning and analysis. And then analyzes the main work of the project's schedule deviation appears, taken after the progress deviation correction method is studied, made the following progress deviation in the rectification measures.Through the careful control of the project progress, the expected project goals were achieved.Combined with the practical experience of the project and the research content of this paper,a short frequency fast mobile communication network construction method and model are formed. It provides the basis and support for the later construction of this kind of project.
