When a large-scale forest fire occurs,kinds of communication equipment are used at the same time,the spectrum is concentrated,Communication channels are lacking,Interference between communications equipment is serious,it is very difficult for Communication support.Should demand for forest fire warning and monitoring information center of jiangxi province,according to the status of jiangxi forest fire communication system,jiangxi mobile company plan to project a forest fire prevention communication command and dispatch network for the provincial?municipal and county.In order to ensure the time and the quality of the forest fire communication system project,it is necessary to systematically manage the project with the help of relevant theoretical knowledge of project management;The project schedule management is the key to the project.Based on the above theoretical basis,this paper analyzes and studies the construction target,content,schedule and work responsibilities of the forest fire communication system project for southern jiangxi province,and the results are as follows:On the basis of defining the project delivery content and overall time target,decomposes the forest fire communication system project into 9 project tasks and 23 project subtasks through the work structure decomposition method,WBS.By expert evaluation method,comparative method,parameter estimation etc.Calculate the duration of each project subtasks,an control the progress through the critical path method(CPM).Firstly,the activities in the project are sorted.Then,the forward method and backward method are used to calculate the earliest start time,the latest start time,the earliest completion time and the latest completion time of each project activity,and the time difference of each activity is calculated.By calculation,the duration of the project is 272 days,and the construction period exceeds the customer's requirement,260 days.By combing the routes composed of engineering project activities with zero time difference,the duration of major project activities such as scheme design,manufacturer delivery and network debugging on the critical path is compressed to determine the critical path of engineering project management.The optimized project duration is 250 days,which can basically meet the needs of the customer.Finally,by the application of WBS,AAR and other management tools,the project was carried out smoothly and the goal was achieved as scheduled.
