The research on the integration of forest-fire mobile command and communication technologies have a positive impact on the information level of forest-fire.When forest-fire happens, the direction and speed of wind change rapidly,meanwhile,the stability of communication equipment would declined quickly as well.All of these negative factors above will no doubt pose an obstacle to forest fire emergency command. The image and text information can be directionally transported to command center on time via the application of communication-technology integration in forest-fire emergency command,as result,this change can help to issue orders, command routines as well as fire-extinguishing instructions,and finally shorten the time to make some emergency decisions.This paper is mainly about the research on Unobstructed information transmission in forest-fire.After analyzing some advanced communication technologies from abroad,we are devoted to promoting the capacity of information transmission in forest-fire.The main content of this paper were as follows:(1)At first, the requirement analysis had been made according to the regularly happened communication problems in forest-fire.Through the switching algorithm of mobile communication, network resources were assigned properly, then the best communication method was selected by analyzing and comparing features of different communication technologies,after that,the order of emergency command was improved by the research and discussing of forest fire communication command and decision-making.To meet the requirements mentioned above, a whole design of forest fire mobile command communication-technology integration was proposed.(2)Optimizing the switching algorithm of communication command signal blocking.Mobile communication including system model, business model and mobile model was designed,which was oriented forest-fire situation.Moreover,some optimization methods such as channel reservation and queuing algorithms were proposed based on the analysis of traditional switching technology.Finally,we conducted an experiment to compare the differences between the traditional algorithm and the improved algorithm.(3) The application of intelligent decision-making mechanism in forest-fire mobile command.By using the gray correlation analysis theory and evaluating the weight of each factor,an intelligent decision model was built.In this model,the best base station was chosen by using gray correlation analysis method to hand off signals during communication.(4)Designing the forest-fire mobile command and communication system. According to design principles and requirement,we have taken the forest fire situation into account,and analyzed the optimzed algorithm,the overall structure,finally established an intelligent decision-making model. Subsystems were devided based on functional needs,these subsystems were designed according to its structure and functions.(5) System implementation.Including system database, setting up the development environments,illustrating development tools,and demonstrating all system functions.The system functions designing was the main content of this research,these algorithms and models mentioned in this paper have a no doubt positive influence on mobile communications technology in forest fire.However,in this filed,we can still find some problems need to be resolved,for a simple example,the way to select the evaluation index needs to be further improved.
