| On international and domestic rail transport system,CBTC wireless communication has been widely used as signaling control.The 2.4GHz free licensed frequency bands is always used in the working band.Whereas,with the rapid development of mobile communications,wireless city construction,and the improvement of the intelligent terminal performance,such 2.4GHz band under electromagnetic wireless environment shows underperforming trend and disrupts the operation of the CBTC wireless communication system.It is necessary to test and evaluate the rail CBTC wireless communication anti-interference performance in Shanghai to explore effective techniques and policies to avoid interference,so as to ensure the safety of the CBTC wireless communication system.This paper applies the knowledge of management to explain the rationale and method of the project schedule and control,with the case study of Shanghai CBTC wireless communication system.First,the concepts of the CBTC wireless communication system and its application in China and international are introduced.The related concepts of project management and its schedule and control are also discussed.Second,this paper discusses the overall objectives and organizational structure of the Shanghai CBTC wireless communication system,including the selection of the organization structure,staffs involved in the project,the division of responsibilities,the trial project schedule and its management mode.Third,this paper discusses how to use the progress plan theory to decompose the project,and uses the schedule tool and technology to construct the network plan.Moreover,the progress of the trial project could be constructed based on its influence factor and resource allocation,followed by the adjustment of the project schedule.Last,the project schedule control theory is applied to monitor the trial project.The coordination of the construction duration,cost and schedule can be optimized to ensure the efficiency of the project completion. |
