The development of digital signal processing technology has greatly promoted the development of data acquisition systems.And modern weapons,aerospace,remote sensing and other high-tech fields are inseparable from data acquisition.With the improvement of chip design and manufacturing technologies such as ADC and FPGA,high-speed data acquisition is booming increasingly.The main content of this thesis is the design and implementation of high speed acquisition card,whose sampling rate reaches 3GSPS.This thesis introduces the design scheme of high speed data acquisition card,which regards the chip of FPGA as the core to completes high speed data acquisition,storage and transmission.Comparing the performance of different manufacturers' chips,and combined with the main performance of this design,the key chips are determined.And some key points and precautions in the circuit design are introduced in detail.This thesis also introduces some key points in the design of high-speed printed circuit board combined with the knowledge of signal integrity theory.Then some design principles of some high-speed PCBs are introduced.Finally,the design scheme of some key signal lines are illustrated in certain aspects such as impedance control and interference elimination.FPGA is the core of this design,which controls the timing and logic of the system to ensure operation of the system smoothly.The function of FPGA is to control the chip of ADC to sample,to receive the data from the output of ADC and decelerate and to store the data into DDR3.Then,the data is transmitted to the host computer via the USB3.0 interface for storage,playback,processing and so on.Besides,the control software on PC is developed by MFC,which can download firmware to configure the chip of USB3.0 and receive data from data acquisition card via USB3.0 interface.At last,the experiment results of the high-speed data acquisition card are given in the dissertation.And combined with the problems and solutions in the actual circuit debugging,the methods of circuit welding debugging are summarized.
