The revolutionary of interface technology of micro-computer is led by the rapiddevelopment of science and technology. Now, there are many kinds of special high-speedinterface on the market, such as USB interface、eSATA interface、PCI interface, etc. USBinterface with its unique advantage has been widely used, and the launch of USB3.0brings abroader space for development.The high-speed data transmission in storage testing technology of our laboratory is givenpriority to USB2.0interface, but the transmission rate of USB2.0is too slow for the in GBmass storage data for the unit. It is an essential problem to improve transmission rate for largenumbers of data between the computer and test system. Because of this problem, ourlaboratory has started the research of USB3.0-based high-speed data transmission system. Ahigh speed data transmission system is designed in the paper, we take USB3.0as datatransmission interface, DDR2as large capacity buffer, FPGA as the controller.Firstly, research background and development situation of this topic are introduceddetailedly, the function of several different types of interfaces are analyzed in the paper.Secondly, the high-speed data transmission system based on the USB3.0is designed bycomparing the performence of USB2.0and USB3.0interface, the schematic diagram of eachmodule is drawn. Taking Cadence software as tool, I perform the signal integrity simulationand analysis between FX3and FPGA, which provides solution for the phenomenon ofinterference and reflex, besides, the USB3.0EMC design and simulation of USB3.0circuitare done.At last, the USB3.0firmware is writen, GPIF II state machine and FPGA logic controltiming are designed, data transmission between FPGA and PC through the USB3.0interfaceis realized real-timely and accurately. Then, transmission rate of the system is tested, whichreaches300MB/s.
