USB3.0 technology is a fast, stable and efficient universal serial bus technology in the field of data acquisition and transmission has a very broad application prospects.This paper describes the current situation and development prospects of the development of USB3.0, the design requirements set forth herein as well as structural design, then in many ways the USB3.0 and USB2.0 technology comparison indicates USB3.0 technology in data transmission speed, power management advantages, bandwidth, transmit power,etc., and USB3.0 principles and protocols are more detailed, specific overview includes USB3.0, transmission mode, communication protocols, and transmission, as for USB3.0data acquisition system may provide a theoretical basis and implementation. Then according to the data acquisition system design framework for the data acquisition system hardware and software to design the two parts, hardware design includes a power supply circuit design, FPGA peripheral circuit design, USB3.0 peripheral circuit design,simultaneous SLAVE FIFO interface design, each design will be part of the instructions with the corresponding circuit diagram; software design, including FPGA program design,firmware design, driver design, and PC programming. Software design is based on hardware designed to perform, the control hardware initialization and functionality,hardware and software co-completion of data acquisition system. After completing the hardware and software design, each module of the system function test, mainly used for testing transmission rate, see if you can achieve speed transmission requirements,operating results were analyzed, revealing the actual transfer rate can not reach this theoretical transfer rate the phenomenon, and this phenomenon is analyzed. Finally, this paper summarizes the data acquisition system tasks, system design needs to be improved as well as prospects part, for the future to continue to improve.
