Research On Collaborative Management Between Automobile Plant And Suppliers In Vehicle Product Development Process

The automobile plant and suppliers through collaborative product development torapidly response to customer demand has become a trend, but in the past, research incollaborative product development between automobile plant and suppliers mainlyconcentrated on the supplier evaluation and selection method of collaborative productdevelopment process, risk management, quality management, cost management, etc.. Butlack of the research on specific business process of product development, how to controlthe supplier involvement in collaborative product development process, data interactionprocess, how to ensure that the collaborative process of data storage, transmission, accesssecurity, which is a problem worthy of study. In this paper, through the practical problemsanalysis of vehicle plant and suppliers in collaborative business process, sums up two kindsof business needs, which are data release and task coordination, Put forward a collaborativeplatform system architecture to support the two kinds of business needs oriented, Thispaper mainly studied the following aspects:(1) Build the four layer collaborative platform system architecture, establish amanagement model for suppliers which involved in coordination base on group, role, users,user, at the same time put forward a safety management framework to ensure the securityof the system.(2) Build the process management model of data release and collaborative task, usethe document control strategy and file outsourcing strategies to control the outsourcingdata, and based on the task to the delivery which is from coarse to fine state controlstrategy to control the task coordination process.(3) Classify data in collaborative process and build the data model, establish theoutsourcing data model and collaborative task model base on the document object modelin product data management system, establish a way to exchange the data informationbased on the intermediate platform, at the same time, put forward a set of safety control mode to ensure the data in collaborative process。(4) Finally, based on the actual business needs in a domestic vehicle plant, by using EXTframework technology, ASP.NET Web Technology, etc.., Development the collaborativemanagement platform based on IntePLM system, and the collaborative managementplatform has been applied in enterprises.
