With the proposal of "Internet +",traditional enterprises are trying to transform and upgrade by integrating with the Internet, optimizing the industrial structure and improving their own productivity.Nowadays, the supply chain is no longer simply composed of offline manufacturers, suppliers and retailers. With the development of the Internet,a lot of new e-supply chains designed for network platforms have emerged.Due to the geographical dispersion of consumer demand, online home furnishing product retailers have been unable to provide consumers with after-sale installation services, and the commercialization of after-sale services and the separation of aftersale installation services and product sales have become inevitable, and "Internet + after-sale services" have begun to appear.Based on e-commerce technology, this paper constructs e-supply chain composed of retailers, service providers and e-commerce platforms, transportation contract theory and game theory, discusses the optimal decision-making and coordination of supply chain members, and draws some conclusions.Considering the e-supply chain model of after-sales installation service and product bundle sales with only the demand for bundled products,in which the platform dominates and the retailer follows.By comparing and analyzing the optimal decision variables and profits under the centralized decision model and decentralized decision model,it is found that the optimal service level, order quantity and profit in the decentralized decision model are all lower than the corresponding values under the centralized decision model. The introduction of commission discounts, revenue sharing and cost-sharing contracts can be perfectly coordinated.Considering the e-supply chain model with two kinds of demand for after-sales installation service and product sales, the paper analyzes two situations: platform strong dominant, retailer weak dominant, platform strong dominant and service provider weak dominant.Analysis centralized decision-making model and the decentralized decision model, found that two kinds of decentralized decision-making model's optimal service levels are lower than the optimal service level under centralized decision model, and service providers for the optimal service level under the weakly dominant model is superior to the retailer for weakly dominant model, two kinds of profits under the decentralized decision-making model of system loss. The introduction of commission clearing contract and revenue sharing contract can perfectly coordinate the two situations.Considering the e-supply chain model with three demands of after-sales installation service and product sales, the platform is the dominant and decision-making commission fee,and the retailer is the weak dominant and the service provider is the follower.By analyzing and comparing the centralized decision model and decentralized decision model,it is found that the optimal service level and profit in the decentralized decision model are lower than the corresponding value in the centralized decision model.By introducing commission clearing contract and revenue sharing contract, the supply chain can be coordinated.
