Research On Contract Coordination Of Pu'er Tea Supply Chain Under Blockchain Technology Situation

Pu'er tea supply chain has always had the pain points of counterfeiting and censure.The current traceability technology can not prevent Pu 'er tea information from being tampered with,which leads to widespread distrust between upstream and downstream of Pu 'er tea supply chain,uncoordinated supply chain management and low efficiency.The information of blockchain can't be tampered with,which brings an opportunity to crack down on fake and shoddy Pu 'er tea and establish a traceability system with unchangeable and traceable information throughout the whole process.Its encryption algorithm,peer-to-peer network,consensus mechanism and other technologies create conditions for building trust between supply chains.With the continuous in-depth development of blockchain technology,many enterprises have begun to study the traceability management system based on blockchain.In recent two years,more and more tea enterprises have applied blockchain technology to trace Pu 'er tea in the whole process,so as to crack down on the fake and shoddy phenomenon of Pu 'er tea in the supply chain,protect the "real" Pu 'er tea,rebuild the trust between upstream and downstream of Pu 'er tea supply chain,improve the cooperation efficiency between supply chains and realize the coordination of supply chains.Based on this,this paper puts forward the research on contract coordination of Pu 'er tea supply chain in the context of blockchain technology,studies the coordination of Pu 'er tea supply chain in the context of blockchain technology,and introduces appropriate contracts to coordinate the supply chain.This paper studies the secondary Pu 'er tea supply chain composed of suppliers and retailers.Suppliers are the leaders of the secondary supply chain,while retailers are followers.A supply chain model under traditional mode and blockchain traceability situation is established.Based on blockchain,it can improve the trust of the supply chain,eliminate counterfeiting,introduce the trust factor,and establish the relationship between trust,market demand and blockchain cost,and then use Starkberg game to analyze.By comparing the traditional model under decentralized decision-making with the model under blockchain situation,it can be concluded that adopting blockchain will increase retailers' profits,which is also in line with the actual situation.Retailers bear a small part of blockchain costs,but retailers are directly facing consumers,and there is basically no fake Pu 'er tea under blockchain situation.It is beneficial for retailers to trace Pu 'er tea with blockchain technology.Secondly,in the context of blockchain technology,this paper studies the overall profit of supply chain under centralized decision-making and compares it with that under decentralized decision-making,and finds that the overall profit of Pu 'er tea supply chain under decentralized decision-making is less than that under centralized decision-making,which shows that the supply chain under decentralized decision-making has not reached the optimal state.According to the fact that the cost of blockchain is mainly borne by suppliers,this paper first considers introducing cost-sharing contract to coordinate the supply chain.The results show that under the cost-sharing contract,Pu 'er tea supply chain can maximize the profit of the supply chain,and the retailer's profit is more than before,but the supplier's profit is less than that under non-contractual coordination,which shows that the simple cost-sharing contract cannot make the supply chain reach Pareto efficient state.Then,considering the improved cost-sharing contract,we add revenue-sharing contract to the original cost-sharing contract,that is,we consider letting Pu 'er tea retailers share part of the revenue to suppliers on the basis of the cost-sharing contract.The research results show that the coordination of Pu 'er tea supply chain can be realized when the cost-sharing factor and revenue-sharing factor change in a certain range,which is also the most important conclusion of this paper,and provides a reference for the coordination and management of Pu 'er tea supply chain under the blockchain situation.In this paper,considering the actual situation and the needs of this paper,through the assignment of model parameters,combined with example analysis,the derived model is verified.Through example analysis,the conclusions of the model are proved to be correct,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Under the traditional mode,the increase of genuine Pu 'er tea rate will bring higher profits to the supply chain;(2)Adopting blockchain can not only improve the authentic rate of products,but also crack down on fake and shoddy Pu 'er tea.At the same time,the improvement of trust in the blockchain situation will also attract some consumers to buy Pu 'er tea,bringing extra benefits to the supply chain;(3)In the blockchain situation,because there is no fake and shoddy phenomenon,the trust is improved,and the profit of its supply chain is always higher than that of traditional supply chain,which also shows that adopting blockchain can improve the efficiency of supply chain.
