Research On Supply Chain Operation Coordination Mechanism Based On Big Data Information Driven

With the rapid development of technologies such as the Internet and the Internet of Things,data information has exploded,and the world has entered the era of big data.Big data has promoted and optimized the procurement in the upstream of the supply chain,the manufacturing and production in the middle reaches,and the downstream sales and logistics in the supply chain activities,and promoted the supply chain enterprises to enter a higher level of competitive environment.Therefore,this paper proposes to analyze the operation and coordination mode of supply chain big data information in the context of big data,to improve the supply chain profit distribution and coordination strategy mechanism,realize the real-time sharing of supply chain commodity information and resources,and meet customer needs and Achieve supply chain coordination and ultimately maximize the overall benefits of the supply chain.The following is a summary of the research content and results of this paper from four aspects:(1)Review,summarize and summarize the relevant research on the big data driven supply chain in domestic and foreign literature.Combined with the demand of big data in China's related industries,the research content of this paper is determined.(2)Combining supply chain management,big data and supply chain coordination theory,using Stackelberg game method,respectively constructing supply chain composed of single manufacturer and single retailer as well as single manufacturer and two retailers for big data information input The profit model analyzes the critical conditions of supply chain big data information and the maximum profit of the supply chain.(3)Aiming at the“double marginalization” effect of supply chain under decentralized decision-making conditions,the quantity discount and quantity discount-two pricing contracts are respectively constructed to coordinate the benefits of manufacturers and retailers,so as to achieve perfect coordination of supply chain.Contract parameters,while maximizing the overall profit of the supply chain,maximize the benefits of each member of the supply chain.(4)Taking A company as an example,verify the validity and feasibility of the constructed contract through empirical analysis,and broaden the thinking for further research on the impact of big data on the supply chain.Applying big data in the supply chain enriches the existing supply chain management theory,conforms to the future development direction of the supply chain,improves the supply chain profit distribution and coordination strategy mechanism,and finally maximizes the overall benefit of the supply chain.Therefore,the researchin this paper has strong theoretical and social practical significance.
