With the rapid growth of software development industry and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,companies pay more and more attention to the promotion of human capital.As a human capital intensive software development industry,how to establish a software personnel salary system that meets its own characteristics and effectively motivate and retain talents has become an urgent key issue for the vast number of software development enterprises.Based on the theory of human resources salary management,this thesis takes ID company as the main research object,and studies the company strategy,salary management and performance management problems and countermeasures.Firstly,the relevant theoretical research is systematically sorted out and summarized by using literature research,and the theoretical framework of this study is put forward.On this basis,the current situation of the company's development strategy,personnel structure and salary management is systematically analyzed.Secondly,using questionnaire survey,situational interviews,observation and other methods,this paper analyzed the main problems of ID company's salary management system,systematically studied the company's software personnel salary management,and put forward the design ideas of company's salary management optimization.Finally,on the basis of analysis and summary,the competency-based competency model is constructed by introducing the design model of competency compensation.Combining theory with practice,this thesis makes a systematic study of the salary management of ID company.The purpose is to enrich the salary management theory,to solve the practical problems faced by software companies in salary management,to create an atmosphere of fair competition to provide practical reference,and to provide decision-making reference for the reform of the salary system in China's software industry.
