In today's ever-changing tide of scientific and technological development,the computer-led high-tech industry develops rapidly and gradually becomes one of the leading industries in China's economy.In the development of high-tech industry,we should not only pay attention to the improvement of technology level and innovation ability,but also cultivate a large number of outstanding talents.In the process of modern enterprise management,human resources have obviously become an important resource of modern enterprises,and an important support for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and ensure sustainable development."Talent" is the key factor to win.T company is a high-tech enterprise committed to becoming an expert in energy efficiency management in the field of smart power grid and energy Internet.Its core competitiveness lies in its research and development capability and independent innovation technology.Vigorously developing the potential of the r&d team to bring about greater performance output is conducive to improving the independent innovation ability and company benefit of T company,and is conducive to the long-term stable development of the company.The r&d department of T company gradually shows the trend of talent shortage,with a high staff turnover rate,and the new employees are not suitable for the position and are not suitable for the department or the enterprise.Therefore,this paper chooses T company as the research object to carry out a series of investigations and studies on the development status and strategic plan of the company.In addition,the article reviewed the domestic and foreign relevant research materials,the research conclusion is summarized,and USES the questionnaire survey,interview and so on,based on the theory of competence quality model of T company's research and development team's personal qualities are analyzed,so as to build the team of competent quality model,to the enterprise human resources modules work provides the basis and clear standard,effectively solve the problems in T company research and development team.Based on the corresponding model,this paper can provide a reliable basis for the selection of r&d team members,and also point out the direction for the training of r&d team members.In addition,it can guide different members of the r&d team to achieve career planning.Therefore,the enterprise,post and employee are matched and balanced.
