Software developers in the software enterprises engaged in the core technology research and development work,is the core of the software enterprise technology accumulation and update,about the software enterprise's core competitiveness and operating income growth considering the software developers to the software enterprise technology strength and the revenue has had a huge impact,through effective training software developers,software developers in the positions of competencies,and good performance on construction of software enterprise core team has essential meaning From the perspective of competence,the training system of software r&d personnel in software enterprises can be dissected and analyzed by means of field research,which can provide an effective path for the construction of software r&d talents in software enterprises.Based on the research in the process of selecting A company as an example for analysis of anatomy for A better analysis of enterprise software developers in the practical training,the problems in the field to A enterprise survey,this paper discussed with such as head of the enterprise and technology research and development department personnel exchanges,and making the questionnaire to the enterprise in the process of A business surveys and head of personnel is put forward to build A software research and development personnel training system from the perspective of competence in A enterprise software r&d personnel competence quality model and the training needs survey,this paper USES A variety of methods,and analyze the model in the actual work and revision During the construction and implementation of the victory force model and training system,this paper kept timely feedback and provided comprehensive Suggestions to A company and department heads.In this paper,in the process of research,refining the data in some cases,also in case of an object problems are analyzed and summarized,for other companies of similar problems in the software industry to provide the corresponding solution and the method,however,software industry has developed rapidly,the enterprises of different software development phase and different scale,the formulation of development strategies and talent cultivation strategy is different also.
