Research On Multi-dimensional Evaluation Method Of User Experience Of CPS

The information age has made people and the Internet more and more close,and the Internet has gradually begun to affect people's lifestyles.The Internet,together with the Internet of Things and big data,have changed the way information is acquired,disseminated and shared.CPS is a technology that deeply integrates cloud computing and sensors,enabling the system to actively provide accurate intelligent services,construct an intelligent service system,and reflect the dynamic process of information feedback loop between information and physical space.It is widely used in transportation,medical care,etc.field.The development trend of the manufacturing industry tends to be digital and intelligent,and the connection between manufacturing and CPS will become closer.On the basis of collating and analyzing domestic and foreign literatures,this paper takes the influence factors of user experience and user experience model as the guidance,combines the characteristics of CPS,comprehensive expert user information and questionnaire survey,and initially explores the influencing factors of CPS user experience.According to the analytic hierarchy process,hardware devices,software interfaces and intelligent services are used as evaluation objects,and the first-and second-level evaluation indicators are screened and determined,and the user experience evaluation model of CPS is initially constructed.The improved Delphi method was used to screen the evaluation indicators,and some unreasonable evaluation indicators were eliminated.Finally,9 first-level evaluation indicators and 34 second-level evaluation indicators were obtained,Thus,a multi-dimensional evaluation model of CPS user experience is constructed.Subjective weights are assigned to each evaluation index by subjective weighting method based on AHP,and the weight values of each index are calculated.In order to verify the scientific,objectivity and effectiveness of the CPS user experience multi-dimensional evaluation system,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was introduced to test the quality of the evaluation model.The senior expert users are selected to score the weight results,and the score results are analyzed by membership matrix.According to the principle of membership,the evaluation results are obtained,and corresponding analysis and suggestions are given.Because the current research on CPS user experience evaluation is basically blank,there is almost no research from the perspective of user experience.Therefore,the innovations of this paper are mainly research perspective innovation.
