he network shopping market data in2013shows the scale of mobile B2C shopping transactions is up to650billion yuan in China, which is expected to further increase at the rate of35%.Mobile e-commerce B2C has become the core model of the mobile shopping and the user experience has attracted more and more attention.Mobile B2C interface usability evaluation can not only find usability problems, but also discover the hidden needs of usersthrough user satisfaction qualitative analysis. The good usability and user experience of mobile B2C can enhance user shopping pleasure, increase user viscous, and bring greater profits for the business. Therefore, what this paper studies has great significance.In2007the advent of the first generation iPhone marked that the mobile touch interaction was officially boarded on the stage of history.By the end of2013, mobile intelligent terminal user has up to461,000,000. The current domestic and international research on the usability of mobile B2C touch interface is relatively not much, and the usability evaluation system is not fully Applicable to the current mobile B2C touch Application interface usability evaluation. On the other hand,the extraction of existing mobile B2C Application interface usability index is not specific, ignoring the cultural habits of interaction with natural hand gestures which can promote and enhance the user experience.For the urgent demand of touch interaction and interaction with natural hand gestures for the user in the mobile B2C shopping, this paper carries out a series of work. The main work includes the following:(1) Extract elements of user experienceused in mobile B2C Application interfaceusability evaluation.Firstly, the user experience theory is used to analyze the ten Chinese mainstream mobile B2C Application sample, systematically giving the main part of mobile shopping of all user experience (Note: with peer collaboration).(2) Establish mobile B2C interface usability evaluation system adapted to touch interaction, especially adapted to the natural gesture interaction under user cultural habits.Under the guidance of usability engineering theory, this paper further analyzes touch interactive experience factors when users use the B2C Application process, especially the cultural habits of different users in ten basic gestures, under a natural gesture interaction, by using the method of questionnaire investigation, expert evaluation and analytical hierarchy process (AHP).Then this papers establishes the evaluation index system of mobile B2C interface usability.(3) Verify the effectiveness and the feasibility of the proposed evaluation.This paper chooses the mainstream mobile B2C client Applications (APPs), using the usability evaluation system proposed to fuzzy comprehensive evaluate the Jingdong mall APP and COFCO I buy App respectively, It is a validation index system of the effectiveness and feasibility.On the other hand, the evaluation found interface usability problems which Jingdong and COFCO Apps have, then the analysis of interface usability problems of mainstream mobile B2C Application is generalized and suggestions are put forward for the touch interactive interface.The characteristics and the theoretical value of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1) This paper systematically gives the main component of the mobile B2C shopping of all the user experience, digs out the potential elements of user experience by analyzing the user satisfaction, whcih enrich the theory of moving electricity user experience.(2) This paper establishes a mobile B2C interface usabilityevaluation index system adapted to touch interaction and interaction with natural hand gestures, providing the support theory and method for the evaluation of business client.The practical Application value of this paper is mainly as follows:(1) The mobile B2C shopping of all the user experience can help the business enterprise in mobile shopping better understand customers’needs in the whole process, improve the user experience and promote the competitiveness of the market.(2) The evaluation system can effectively find the problems of users in mobile shopping process, which canimprove the availability of quality for business client, increasing user satisfaction.(3) The improved recommendation of the interaction withnatural hand gestures cannot only guide the development of mobile B2C Applications, but also guide the development of other Applications. The current sensor has become one of the important component of the mobile terminal, and the interaction of the user and device more intelligent and diversification, such as using distance sensor can realize non-contact gesture interaction, it brings new fun and experience for the user. The next step is to combine interactive mode based on sensor, and further improve the mobile B2C interface usability evaluation index system for the user experience.
