With the development of mobile internet technology and the popularity of online shopping consumption pattern, mobile shopping is about to become a new shopping trend in recent years. At this stage, there’s only few theoretical research related to mobile shopping software’ user experience and most of the mobile shopping software is just Concerned about the basic functions.With the development of mobile internet technology and the popularity of Online shopping consumption pattern, mobile shopping is about to become a new shopping trend in recent year. At this stage, there’s only few theoretical research related to mobile shopping software’ user experience and most of the mobile shopping software just concentrate on the basic functions.In this paper, the goal of the study is to establishing an evaluation system for mobile shopping software’s user experience. We choose mobile shopping software as research theme, user experience of mobile shopping software as research object to explore the user experience evaluation method and system for mobile shopping software. The main research method is sorts of a combination of theoretical and empirical research, a domination of quantitative and qualitative research. We propose a theory model based on Microsoft usability guideline, and then make surveys of users who use mobile phone shopping software via several methods such as Questionnaire and Interviews and so on to get their views on the user experience of mobile shopping software. Thus we can obtain the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for mobile shopping software user experience after several amendments. There are 4 main results of this study. Firstly, we establish an evaluation system for mobile shopping software’s user experience which consists of 8 main indexes and 28 factors. Secondly, we complete the questionnaire scale’s compilation based on this evaluation system. Thirdly, we construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for mobile shopping software’s user experience by fuzzy comprehensive method and AHP. Finally, we get the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result for a domestic mobile shopping software through this evaluation model.
