Rational and effective personnel allocation is a powerful guarantee to maximize the ability of software development project personnel and improve the benefits of software development enterprises.At present,China's software industry is in a period of rapid development.In software development enterprises,the management of multiple software development projects is increasing day by day.According to the characteristics of software projects,the management is mainly about the management of people and more about the personnel allocation.This paper focuses on the core issue of project personnel allocation in software development enterprises,analyzes and summarizes the current situation of Z software company's poor project personnel allocation,and conducts research based on relevant literature and research results.This paper expounds the concepts and related theories of software development project and human resource allocation,summarizes and refers to the commonly used ideas and related algorithms of project personnel allocation,and puts forward some new ideas and solutions in combination with the innovative ideas in the research process of this paper.This paper introduces the principle of human resource scheduling in the process of software enterprise development project,and based on the principle of linear programming and nonlinear programming,as well as integer programming,puts forward the corresponding model to solve the problem of project personnel allocation.The model takes project profit maximization as the goal.Firstly,it designs the problem of how to realize the distribution of technical personnel with profit maximization as the goal under the condition that the personnel of the department can meet the project demand,but the same type of technical personnel can be divided into different levels,different salaries and different work efficiency.Next,it is designed that when the number of projects is large,the department personnel can no longer meet the needs of the project.How to add overtime work and recruitment factors?Under the circumstance of recruiting as few personnel as possible,the distribution list of technical personnel should be listed with the goal of maximizing project profits,and the corresponding technical types to be recruited should be given.Then the model is solved by Lingo,the programming software,and the global or local optimal solution is finally obtained.The practical significance of this paper's research.In this paper,Z software company,where the author works,is selected to carry out application analysis on the software project it is implementing.The data of using model and not using model are compared to determine the feasibility of optimizing the project.And hope relevant research can provide some help and suggestions for the project personnel configuration management in software enterprises.This study includes 6 figures,11 tables and 36 references.
