In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and the increasing demand of the people on Internet products,the Internet industry in China has entered a new period of flourishing and changing with each passing day.The vast development prospect has attracted a large number of entrepreneurs,and the market competition of the Internet industry has become very intense.In order to get more profits and seize more market share,multi product and multi project parallel implementation has become a norm in many Internet companies.In many types of products and projects,software development projects are relatively large,and the corresponding human resource consumption is facing an important test.The optimization of human resource allocation in multi project implementation is imminent.According to the software development project of Internet enterprise,through the analysis of the current situation of human resource allocation in multi project,it is found that the multi project human resource allocation method used by Internet enterprises can not realize the efficient allocation of human resources.The conflict between human resources is common in the project,and the project overdue due to this reason is overdue.The phenomenon of super budget is very serious.On the basis of combing the problems of the human resource allocation in the software development project of the Internet enterprise,this paper analyzes the causes of the problem,uses the theory of multi project management and so on,and starts with the study of the characteristics of the software development project and the Internet enterprise,and puts forward the overall framework of the optimization of the multi project human resource allocation and the relative content.The organizational hierarchy model of human resource allocation for Internet enterprise project isconstructed first,and then the conflict of multi project human resource allocation is solved by using key chain method,and the problem of how to solve the overdue problem after the use of key chain method is studied to improve the project performance and project management for the enterprises.The level of theory provides the support of theory and practice.
