In recent years,China's software enterprises are in a booming development period.But in the form of global economic interconnection,the development of China's software industry has been influenced by developed countries.So it is necessary to adopt advanced project management methods to improve the core competencies of software enterprises.The project team is the most common organization in software enterprises,where various kinds of talents are brought together.And the success of project relies heavily on that how to management these people.Therefore,project human resource management is one of the important contents of project management in software enterprises.However,the study on project human resource management of software enterprises is relatively weak in current China,which lacks project human resource management role division system.This thesis hopes to clarify the responsibility of all parties and improve the quality of project human resource management through the research on the role division of project human resource management,trying to provide practical suggestions for role division of project human resource management.Based on the research of relevant literatures in China and abroad and theoretical analysis,the thesis builds the role division model of project human resource management,which mainly introduces that how do the Project Manager and Project Management Office and Human Resources Department divide the work in project human resource management.And then I carry out empirical analysis after the establishment of the model.First of all,forming three scales of the Project Manager and Project Management Office and Human Resources Department,which contains 45 questions totally.Secondly,analyzing the data collected in factor analysis method through the SPSS data processing software.Each scale extracts 5,3,3 common factors.Finally,naming for each common factor which based on factor extraction.The result of empirical analysis shows that the naming explanation after factor synthesis is basically the same as the theoretical model analysis.The Project Manager plays the role of project leader in the project human resource management,who mainly concerned about project performance and team building.Project Management Office plays the role of a shared service center,focusing on the sharing of human resources and providing professional training in project management.Human Resources Department plays the role of human resources experts,mainly providing human resources policy guidance and general training.At the end,the thesis concludes with the conclusion that how do the Project Manager,Project Management Office and the Human Resources Department in the project human resources management work better.In short,the thesis constructs a role division model of project human resource management in software enterprise,which provides a useful way for software enterprises to do better project human resource management.
